Crawlspaces are not pretty. They are dark and damp and a lot of the time they straight up stink. We would like to change that 1 crawlspace at a time. Your crawlspace doesn't have to have musty smells coming from it into your home and it also doesn't have to be damp. The way that we fix this is by totally encapsulating the crawlspace. This means putting down drainage matting to control any type of water that may be getting into the crawlspace. We also put down cleanspace which is a liner that keeps the outside air at bay by making a seal between the earth and the bottom of your house. These methods combined will make the home much more comfortable to the homeowners because they won't be getting any smells in their home and the air they are breathing will be healthier for them.

Drainage Matting in the Crawlspace
The drainage matting will help keep the crawlspace dry by quickly draining off any water that may get into the crawlspace.
Drainage Matting from Wall to Wall
It is important to have the drainage matting in every part of the crawlspace no matter how small that area may be. You do not want standing water in your crawlspace.
Cleanspace in the Crawlspace
This is how the crawlspace will look after the entire encapsulation process has been done. It will look so nice you may consider moving in down there.
