Drainage Matting
This layer helps aide in keeping the basement dry in the event of flooding.
Leveling the floor out
We put a layer of foam board down to level the floor off and make it easier to get around in the basement post work.
Cleanspace Liner
The cleanspace liner helps seal the floor off so that no moisture or musty smells can get through to the conditioned area of the home.
Spray Foam Basement Walls
This final step of adding the spray foam to the walls is a very important step. This is not only insulating the walls making the basement an inclusion in the building envelope but it also helps adhere the cleanspace liner to the walls and floor and creates an air tight seal between the outside and the inside of the home.
