The liner is laid down as a waterproof barrier between the home and the crawlspace floor.
Spray Foam Insulation
Spray foam is then sprayed to the walls of the crawlspace to again protect the home from moisture and outside weather conditions. The foam is also used to seal the cleanspace to the wall.
