Insulation Services Photo Album: Brackney PA Crawlspace Encapsulation
This crawlspace was completely uninsulated and make the home above very uncomfortable in the summer and winter. We proposed a full encapsulation to protect the home from outside weather conditions. We first cleaned out the crawlspace, then installed the drainage matting, then install the cleanspace liner and then finally sealed the liner to the walls of the crawlspace using spray foam insulation.

This matting will protect the crawlspace system in case of flooding.
Cleanspace Liner
The liner creates a barrier between the outside and the inside.
Spray Foam Insulation
The spray foam is applied to the outer border of the home to seal the cleanspace liner to the walls of the crawlspace.
