An insulated storage deck was built and dammed off from the rest of the attic. 14 inches of cellulose insulation was then blown in to the rest of the attic. This will increase the comfort of the home and reduce energy usage.
The crawl space of this home in Montrose, PA needed insulation. 3 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed on the walls of the crawl space. Along with other aspects of this project, this will contribute to making the home more comfortable and energy efficient.
