This customer was experiencing a very cold and drafty basement due to the construction of using concrete blocks and concrete over that. The crew utilized closed cell spray foam on the walls and covered it with a fire retardant to keep it up to code since the spray would remain exposed and not be refinished (IE - have sheetrock put up over it).
This basement was insulated with 2 inches of closed cell spray foam on the basement walls.
This customer needed help with their crawl space. Poly was laid down as a moisture barrier since the floor of the crawl space is dirt. The crew then applied 2 inches of closed cell spray foam, as well as up the pillars.
New home construction - walls were insulated with Closed Cell Spray Foam. This will give the customer protection from leaky walls allowing too much air passage causing the home to be colder in the winter and hotter during the warm summer months.
Here is a customer that wanted to keep the fiberglass batts that were already existing within the attic space. We air sealed the roof deck as needed, and then utilized the closed cell spray foam to keep this home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
