We removed the old insulation and sprayed 4 inches of closed cell foam on the slopes of her roof. Along with air sealing and blown in cellulose insulation we were able to keep more of her conditioned air from escaping. This resulted in a much more comfortable home and noticeable energy savings.

We dense-packed the walls with cellulose insulation. The siding was removed, holes were drilled and the cellulose was densely packed in through the holes. The holes were plugged. The siding was replaced and it was almost like we hadn't been there. The difference it made in the comfort of the home was very noticeable, however.
