The energy bills for this home in Kirkwood, NY had gone through the roof.
It turns out that the home was just poorly insulated. As part of a larger project, we air sealed the attic followed by an open blow of 14 inches of cellulose insulation. Thanks to the overall project the energy bills have been reduced.

To get it properly insulated we sprayed 2 inches of closed cell foam to the rim joist and foundation walls. The basement is now well insulated and the rest of the cabin will be more comfortable.

3 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed to the underside of the trailer around the perimeter. 2 inches was sprayed inside the perimeter. This will noticeably improve the comfort of the home.
