Interior walls are usually very difficult to spray foam. In the middle of home improvement projects is usually the best time to give an insulation contractor a call. That way we have exposed wall cavities that we can fairly easily spray foam and then the homeowner can slap the dry wall up and be done with it. No messy fiberglass to deal with. The spray foam insulation will make you more comfortable year round, your energy bills will go down, and in the event of a fire spray foam actually burns at a higher temperature than wood so the wood framing will burn down before the spray foam in the walls and that essentially will give more time to get your family and treasured belongings out.
This homeowner had 3 inches of closed cell spray foam to the attic roof, making it much cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter months.
This mobile home was lacking in insulation beneath the floors (underside of home). We sprayed 2 inches of Closed Cell Spray Foam to the underside of the mobile home to insulate the floors to make them much warmer for the homeowner in the winter and cooler in the summer.
This mobile home was lacking insulation, making summers even more unbearable indoors than outdoors. Our crew sprayed 2 inches of our Closed Cell Spray Foam on the underside of the mobile home resulting in the indoors being a relief from the heat from the outdoors. This will also keep the mobile home warmer in the winter months.
This Port Crane, NY crawl space was constantly gathering excess moisture, being beneath this home the excess didn't dissipate as it could which led to colder winter temperatures inside the home and hotter in the summer.
Our solution was to encapsulate the crawl space so that the excess moisture could run off and create a vapor barrier. We sealed the 6 mil poly to the walls of the crawl space with Closed Cell Spray Foam.
