The second floor of this home in Binghamton, NY was too cold in winter and too hot in summer.

Shown here is the attic.  After air sealing, we did an open blow of 14 inches of cellulose insulation.  The second floor of the home will now be noticeably more comfortable and energy efficient.

This home in Binghamton, NY had a room above the garage that was hard to keep comfortable.

After the existing fiberglass was removed, 3 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed to the garage ceiling.  The room above will now be more comfortable as a result.

The basement of this home in Binghamton, NY had no insulation.

By spraying 2 inches of closed cell foam to the rim joist and foundation walls, we corrected that.  The basement is now well insulated and the home above will be considerably more comfortable as a result.

After air sealing, 12 inches of cellulose insulation was blown in.  The barrier shown here is to allow the attic hatch to open and close without problems.  Along with other aspects of the project, this will contribute to making the home more comfortable and more energy efficient.

The foundation walls were sprayed with 2 inches of closed cell foam.  This will make a big difference in the comfort of the rooms above and will reduce energy costs.
