After the existing fiberglass was removed, 3 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed to the garage ceiling. The room above will now be more comfortable as a result.
The basement of this home in Binghamton, NY had no insulation.
By spraying 2 inches of closed cell foam to the rim joist and foundation walls, we corrected that. The basement is now well insulated and the home above will be considerably more comfortable as a result.
