Crawl Space Insulated with Closed Cell Spray Foam in Binghamton, NY

This crawl space was encapsulated with our Clean Space System, 3 inches of Closed Cell spray foam was applied to the walls and the rim joist to keep the home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

Blown Cellulose Insulation in Binghamton, NY

This homeowner had very little (and in some places, no) insulation within the walls of their home. The crew carefully removed the siding from the home and drilled holes in big enough for the hoses to fit in. The TruSoft cellulose was then blown in to the walls of the home, and then plugged with wooden cedar plugs and sealed before the crew carefully replaced the siding once again, giving the homeowner a much more comfortable home and a decrease in their heating and cooling bills.

Basement Insulated with Closed Cell Spray Foam in Binghamton, NY

This homeowner was concerned with the cold air coming from their walkout basement. Upon inspection by our Certified Home Comfort Advisor specialist, it was discovered there was very little to no insulation in the basement with the exception of some fiberglass batts here and there. Our crew removed the fiberglass batts and sprayed 2 inches of closed cell spray foam into the rim joist, as well as 2 inches of spray foam down the walls of the basement. Since the spray foam was to remain exposed, we also sprayed our fire retardant spray over the foam.

Attic and Walls Dense Packed with TruSoft Insulation in Binghamton, NY

This customer had no insulation in the second story of their home. Our crew dense packed the attic and the walls with TruSoft cellulose. The cellulose is mixed with borate (a natural mineral found in the Earth) which is a fire retardant. This will create a warmer home in the winter for the customer.

Crawl Space Insulated with Closed Cell Spray Foam in Binghamton, NY

This crawl space did not have any insulation, allowing cold air to come through and make the house colder despite using energy to heat the home. By insulating the crawl space, the air is no longer coming through the floors, making the home colder in the winter.
