This homeowner had some fiberglass insulation in the attic, but it wasn't keeping the home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Sadly, the fiberglass batts don't do much for insulation and tend to act like a large air filter, which explains why some of it is such a dingy color rather than the pink we all know well.
We removed the fiberglass batts and completely air sealed this attic before open blowing our TruSoft cellulose into the open attic. Now, the temperatures within the home will be much more stablized and enjoyable for these homeowners.

First, we air sealed the rim joists, then utilized our crawl space/basement encapsulation system that allows excess water to drain from the inside to the outside. We then seal the encapsulation system to the foundation walls with our closed cell spray foam.
