The owner of this mobile home in Deposit, NY built his own rock wall around the home in the hope that it would solve his problem with the comfort of the home.  However, the home was still uncomfortable and help was needed.

We sprayed 5 inches of closed cell foam on the rock wall all the way around the home.  The home will now finally be more comfortable and energy costs will go down as a result.

There was a crawl space in this home in Deposit, NY that needed insulation.

2 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed on the foundation walls.  Along with other parts of the project, this will improve the comfort of the home and reduce drafts.

After air sealing, 14 inches of cellulose insulation was blown in.  As a result, the home will now be more comfortable and more energy efficient.

First the existing insulation was removed.  The attic was then air sealed and 14 inches of cellulose insulation was blown in.  The attic will now be more comfortable and energy efficient as a result.

This Bainbridge, NY homeowner was looking to make improvements to his home as he contemplated whether to sell it or rent it out. After our free Home Comfort Evaluation, he agreed to begin with the crawl space and attic space for improvements to make the home more energy efficient. 

To encapsulate the crawl space, we first laid down some drainage matting so water can still run beneath the CleanSpace. We then laid down our TerraBlock, then topped it off with our CleanSpace which is 20 mil poly which we adhere to the walls with our closed cell spray foam.
