12 inches of cellulose insulation was blown in over the top of the insulation that was already in place. This will improve the comfort of the home and reduce energy usage.
The rim joist of this home in Johnson City, NY needed to be insulated.
3 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed to the rim joist, which will help reduce drafts and improve the comfort of the home.
This home in Johnson City, NY needed insulation in the attic.
4 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed to the roof deck. 2 inches was sprayed to the gable end walls. The home will now be more comfortable and energy efficient as a result.
This is another Empower project we did for these homeowners.
Teaming up with the NYSERDA program enabled us to spray the foundation walls of the home, as well as spray foam the rim joists to make the homeowners more comfortable in their home at no cost to them.
We sprayed two inches of closed cell spray foam into the rim joists, then sprayed two inches to the foundation walls as well. We did some fire proofing paint over the spray foam to help these homeowners from the issue of cold floors during the winter.
This double wide mobile home in Lisle, NY was in need of insulation.
We applied 3 inches of closed cell foam to the underside of the trailer. The space above will now be considerably more comfortable.
