Foam It Insulation Before & After Photos

The attic of this home in Binghamton, NY needed insulation.  What was there was very old and severely degraded.

The existing insulation was removed and the attic was air sealed.  4 inches of closed cell foam was then sprayed down to the floor of the attic.  The new insulation will improve the comfort of the home and help reduce energy usage.

The attic of this home in Binghamton, NY had some loose fiberglass insulation in place but it wasn't nearly enough.

The attic was air sealed underneath the existing insulation then 14 inches of new cellulose insulation was blown in.  This will improve the comfort of the home as well as increasing energy efficiency.

The existing fiberglass insulation in this attic was improperly installed. Our crews removed that insulation, air sealed and baffled then added 14inches of cellulose insulation completely transforming the attic. Having a properly insulated attic will help with energy efficiency and overall home comfort.
