These Apalachin, NY homeowners were having some issues with their basement/crawl space and wanted a solution. Our free Home Comfort Evaluation showed them how much was being lost with the basement/crawl space in the current condition. We proposed to spray the foundation walls with our Closed Cell Spray Foam as well as lay down a vapor barrier to the floor of the basement/crawl space, as well as spray foam the rim joists.
2 inches of our closed cell spray foam was sprayed to the rim joists, and then laid our 6 mil poly to the crawl space floor to create a barrier, we then spray foamed the barrier to the foundation walls to ensure it won't fall out of place. We then sprayed 2 inches of our closed cell spray foam to the foundation walls.
