This is a side attic in a home in Vestal, NY.

It needed insulation.  As part of a larger project we sprayed 3 inches of closed cell foam to the roof deck and gable ends.  Along with the rest of the project, this will contribute to making the home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

This home in Vestal, NY had old ineffective fiberglass insulation.

After air sealing, we did an open blow of 14 inches of cellulose insulation.  This will make a major improvement in the comfort and energy efficiency of the home.
