This homeowner in Port Crane, NY was experiencing really cold floors in her mobile home. She tried rugs, but the floors were still very cold even wearing slippers in the winter. She was trying to figure out a resolution, so she gave our office a call and set up a free Home Comfort Evaluation.
We found little insulation beneath the mobile home, and air was escaping into the skirting underneath and making the floors uncomfortable. We sprayed 2 inches of our closed cell spray foam to the underside of the mobile home, creating a seal the block the cold air from seeping in and making the floors uncomfortable.

We were able to remove the old fallen down fiberglass and spray 2 inches of our closed cell spray foam to the underside of the mobile home, sealing it up for the homeowner so cold flooring would be a thing of the past!

We sprayed two inches of closed-cell foam on the foundation walls. Fireproof paint was applied for safety. Due to moisture issues, we also replaced their existing sump pump and installed a dehumidifier, leaving behind a safer, more healthy space.
