There was existing insulation in place.  That was removed then the attic was air sealed.  14 inches of cellulose insulation was then blown in, making the home more comfortable and reducing energy usage.

2 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed on the top 4 feet of the foundation wall.  This will help reduce drafts and make the home more comfortable.

Here we have an uninsulated basement that the homeowners wanted to create into usable space they could finish off.
