This Oxford, NY homeowner wanted to ensure she was getting the best out of her fuel and energy costs, so she called us at Foam It Insulation to have her home assessed. Our assessment did find that insulation was lacking on the underside of her mobile home. We proposed to spray foam the underside of the home for her with our Closed Cell Spray Foam. 2 inches of spray foam was applied to the underside of this homeowner's mobile home, making it more comfortable for her as well as reduced her fuel and energy usage.
This Oxford, NY homeowner had recently replaced her old, leaking roof - but previous leaks had impacted the home. The plaster of the second-floor walls was heavily water damaged, and the owner ended up gutting the ceiling. Our crew used our Closed-Cell spray foam to spray 4 inches of foam to the roof deck, which will later be sheetrocked by a contractor.
For this project, we also air sealed the attic and added 12 inches of TruSoft cellulose to give this homeowner a piece of mind that now she can be comfortable in her home.
This Oxford, NY homeowner was quite cold in her home after owning it for two and a half years. To aide this homeowner, we air sealed the attic - sealing gaps and cracks, top plates, around wire penetrations and light fixtures before spraying 2 inches of Closed Cell Spray Foam to the gable ends, roof deck and staircase walls. We also dense packed 4 inches of cellulose insulation to the slopes of the attic. For the rim joists, we removed the fiberglass insulation that was there and sprayed 2 inches of our Closed Cell Spray Foam into the rim joists.
