This home received a nice treatment of good insulation via Closed Cell Foam Spray in the attic. First, we air sealed the attic making sure that all the holes were sealed and the attic was as airtight as possible before we sprayed our closed cell spray foam on the rafters and walls. 2 inches of our closed cell spray foam sealed and insulated the attic space giving the homeowner great comfort in knowing that their energy bills will be less and they will be more comfortable.

We encapsulated the basement to prevent excess moisture, as well as used our closed cell spray foam on the walls of the foundation to create a nice layer of insulation from the extreme cold and heat from the seasons.
